The Housing Monitor will be responsible for ensuring all LGBTQ+ youth residents of the Wanda Alston
Foundation (WAF) are safe, supported, monitored and respectfully cared for in accordance with WAF policies and procedures. The Housing Monitor works closely with the Case Manager and the Program Coordinator to complete tasks and directives as assigned and implement intervention to assist residents in meeting their case plan goals. This role is essential to ensuring that both residents and WAF employees adhere to program and housing rules and regulations. This position will be working between both facilities of the Wanda Alston Foundation. The Housing Monitor reports to the Operations Director.
